NAR ClearDecon Kit - 2.5 Gallon
ClearDecon™ is the most advanced and effective immediate decontamination system available for first responders and military use. ClearDecon™ is a sprayable waterless chemical and biological decontamination system that adheres to vertical surfaces and sprays on like paint. The system was designed to solve the unmet need of providing an immediate (15 minutes or less post exposure) decontamination solution as far forward as possible on the battlefield or point of need in our chaotic world.
ClearDecon™ is a two-part system with a shelf life of 5 years and pot-life of 7 days once mixed, and unlike other decontamination systems, it requires no water to prepare. ClearDecon uses a unique and proprietary chemistry to achieve the following performance characteristics:
- 1 Log reduction (90%) of vapor and contact residual in 30 minutes for nerve agents
- 4 Log reduction (99.99%) of vapor and contact residual in 4 hours for nerve agents
- No water required for preparation
- Stored as two components with a shelf-life of 5 years
- Pot life of 7 days once mixed
- Sprays like paint
- Adheres to vertical surfaces
- Stays on surface for up to 14 days
- Sprayable in temperatures as low as -20°C
- Easy removal with water
- High level of efficacy against both CWA, BWA and PWA (Blister, Nerve, Emerging Threats, Pharmaceuticals, Biological Spores)
