Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Venture Tactical. We are committed to processing and shipping your order efficiently and securely. Please review our shipping policy below.

 


 

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped during our regular business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

High Demand/Custom Items: Products with high demand, or items requiring special assembly, may have longer processing times as noted on the product page.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will begin processing the following business day.

 

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We use major carriers, including [List major carriers, e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS].

Standard shipping usually delivers within 3–7 business days once shipped. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Please note that delivery estimates are calculated from the time of shipment, not the time the order is placed.

 

3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receipt.

 

4. Shipping Address Policy

We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please verify your address carefully before submitting your order.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will require payment of a second shipping fee to be re-sent.

 

5. International Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and [Specify any other regions, e.g., Canada].

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All fees imposed during or after shipping, such as tariffs, customs duties, and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

 

6. Risk of Loss

Venture Tactical is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
