Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Venture Tactical. Your satisfaction with our tactical gear and equipment is our top priority. Please review our policy carefully to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.

 

1. General Return Window

We accept returns for a refund or exchange on most new, unused items within 30 days of the original delivery date.

 

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Condition: Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Packaging: Item must be in its original packaging with all tags, instructions, and accessories intact.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email or packing slip) is required.

 

Items Exempt from Returns:

Gift cards.

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

Certain custom or special-order items.

 

3. How to Initiate a Return

 

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please email us at sales@venture-tactical.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Authorization: Once authorized, we will provide you with instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Ship Item: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

 

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

 

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and indicate "Exchange" in your email. Once the original item is received and approved, we will process and ship the replacement item, subject to availability.

 

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at sales@venture-tactical.com We will provide instructions for returning the item, and we will cover the return shipping costs for proven damaged or defective items.
